The purpose of the additional functionality is to provide you with a more comfortable, advanced and efficient level of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the day you launched the extension for chats for all of 10 ladies. But the additional tool was launched for only 6 of them. So, the tariff for the ChatOS additional tool will be charged only for these 6 profiles. The rest ones are in free mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After the free period of using the additional functionality on the profile has expired, the ChatOS system will inform the Operator about the possibility to continue using this additional functionality in a paid mode as soon as you try to launch it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Operator \/ Translator can accept these conditions or refuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To deprive your agency of the opportunity to use any additional tools for all Ladies profiles, Operators, Translators within the ChatOS Personal Account, the manager can block specific additional functionality to the agency by sending a request to the ChatOS technical support team<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the ChatOS Personal Account open the Finance section => Financial Report. You can see the data on the costs of both extensions and additional tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
