Данная статья не склоняет никого к никаким действиям и несет только информационный характер. Все выводы и решения, которые Вы можете сделать после прочтения, являются только Вашими и не имеют отношения к авторам - мы рассказываем причину произошедшего.

Сообщаем, что компания ChatOS более не является сертифицированным программным продуктом на проекте AnastasiaDate (Svadba.com). Продукт компании продолжает соответствовать всем техническим требованиям проекта AnastasiaDate, а именно:

1. Нет автоответа на входящее сообщение от мужчины или иного проявления автоматической переписки с мужчинами, за исключением первого приглашения.
2. Список мужчин онлайн система получает через API предоставленным проектом AnastasiaDate.

В целом, это полный список технических требований, которые выставлялись администрацией проекта. Чтобы улучшить использование продукта компании ChatOS, 2-й пункт был усовершенствован, и список мужчин онлайн все девушки получали от наших серверов, а не от сайта, тем самым стабильность системы Выше, а нагрузка на сервера проекта AnastasiaDate - ниже. Это модель, по которой наша компания ведет свою деятельность - кооперация и созидание, только в такой паре можно достигать результатов. Мы уверены, что администрация проекта AnastasiaDate строила свой сайт на аналогичных принципах, но прецедентное право создало ту ситуацию, которая сейчас происходит.

Новые условия сертификации

Чтобы программное обеспечение могло получить сертификацию, компания должна заключить юридический договор с проектом AnastasiaDate. Логичное решение - стать партнерами и взаимодействовать с теми, кто вносит вклад в работу как проекта, так и его клиентов в целом. Но выставленные условия администрацией оказались скорее рабскими, чем партнерскими. Договор между двумя сторонами должен регламентировать работу в определенном поле, возлагая ответственности на обе стороны, а также предоставляя выгоды обеим сторонам. Видимо, такой механизм работы не устраивает администрацию проекта AnastasiaDate. Что ж, опустим детали о юридической ответственности, контроле ведения бизнеса и ограничениях, которые кладутся на плечи партнера, в нашем случае - на нас. Предположим у нас нет опыта и мы не знаем, что это стандартная форма взаимоотношений. Но друзья, в технических - то аспектах, в работе агентств, механике отправки приглашений - привлечения внимания мужчин, а также устройстве работы сайта со стороны девушки - опыта у нас наверное даже больше. Если Вы выставляете требования к продукту, то Вы должны также им соответствовать. Нам был выставлен список технических требований. Интересно, соответствует ли им FYS (Find your soulmate - встроенный поиск собеседника на сайте). Возьмем всего несколько пунктов:

 Первичная постановка требований:

• 1. Prohibited to collect information from the profiles of the website users including ID of the user (Запрещается собирать информацию из профилей сайта пользователей включая ID пользователя).
     1. ChatOS & FYS. To Collect information - собирать/получать информацию. Чтобы отправить приглашение, нужно указать отправителя и получателя, что сделать невозможно, потому что запрещено их получать. При том, что указано user, т.е. пользователь - нельзя даже указать информацию об отправителе. Что ж - это невозможно выполнить, в том числе и FYS.
  2. Prohibited to collect contact or other personal (person identifiable) information (Запрещено собирать контактную информацию или персональную (идентифицирующую пользователя) информацию).
     1. FYS простая система, тут нельзя использовать дополнительную информацию о мужчинах, поэтому, предположим - удовлетворяет.
     2. ChatOS. Контактной информации пользователей на сайте Svadba.com нет в принципе, поэтому как ее можно собирать - но допустим, не будем ее собирать. Но персональная (идентифицирующая человека) информация - это что? Фото? Имя - наверное ник, а дата рождения? А если сопоставить дату рождения, имя, знак зодиака и город - можно идентифицировать человека? Как соответствовать подобной постановке задачи - никак, условия не определены.
  3. Software has to use/to have access only to websites *.svadba.com and api.anastasiadate.com. Access or use by the Software of any other websites is strictly prohibited. (Программное обеспечение может использовать доступ только к сайтам *.svadba.com и api.anastasiadate.com):
     1. FYS - успешно соответствует, надеемся.
     2. ChatOS - не соответствует и не может соответствовать. Как минимум, расширение должно иметь доступ к нашим серверам, как максимум к другим, как например Yandex переводчик, который используется в системе. В любом случае без своих серверов - никак.
  4. Software should block the possibility to send invites/messages containing addresses/names of SOL competitors websites to website users. (Программное обеспечение должно блокировать отправку приглашений/сообщений содержащих адреса/имена сайтов конкурентов SOL пользователям сайта):
     1. В FYS нельзя отправить ссылку или приглашение на сторонний сайт? Конечно, можно.
     2. ChatOS - если блокирование ссылок, в чистом виде или немного измененном, хотя бы в теории возможно, но не гарантировано, то блокирование названий конкурентов практически невозможно в принципе. Завтра появляется новый конкурент, о котором никто не знает - система не готова, имя сайта конкурента написано в стихах (есть такие изобретательные) - обнаружить практически невозможно. Т.е. задача невыполнима в принципе, в такой формулировке.

P.S. “Скажите им, что использовать Fys очень напряжно, потому что оно перегревает ноутбук” - сказал один из клиентов, мы пообещали это передать администрации - передаем.

В результате переговоров, нам удалось донести мысль, что без сбора данных о пользователях, отправлять приглашения невозможно, невозможно сформировать списки мужчин, таких как черный список или поклонники, невозможно отслеживать активность в почте, чтобы исключать возможность повторной отправки в короткие сроки и т.д. Нам даже удалось донести мысль о том, что расширение должно иметь возможность работать с другими серверами, кроме *.svadba.com и api.anastasiadate.com. Но, к сожалению, это максимум прогресса. С учетом того, что остаются технические требования, которые FYS в том числе не может выполнить, наряду с этим накладывается юридическая ответственность за вещи, на которые мы не можем влиять или участвовать в принципе, а в заключении - и финансовая компенсация без аргументации суммы, все это называется договором дарения, а не партнерства. Наша компания придерживается других принципов взаимодействия с клиентами и партнерами, мы ценим наших клиентов и партнеров и всегда стараемся делать лучшее для них, и данный договор не входит в рамки принципов нашей компании. Поэтому приносим свои извинения перед нашими клиентами, что мы не смогли решить данную задачу и оправдать Ваше доверие. К сожалению, в этом случае это оказалось невозможным.

Дальнейшая работа

У нас много планов на 2018 год. Подписание договора многие из них остановило бы, поэтому это еще одна причина, по которой мы пошли на этот шаг.

Сейчас технология Балансера для чатов успешно прошла все тесты. На стадии финального тестирования - новая версия Балансера для писем с еще одним дополнительным инструментом. CRM для брачных агентств готовится к официальному релизу. Конечно, бизнес-конференция “Будущее рынка международных знакомств 2018”, которая состоится в октябре. Разработка программ для новых сайтов и много другое.

Приятные новости

Использование личного кабинета, как инструмента для администрирования и всех функций системы, за исключением отправки приглашений - не нарушают никаких правил со стороны проекта AnastasiaDate, хотя… API ключ, нужен только для получения списка мужчин онлайн, но и его можно получить другими способами, не нарушая правил проекта AnastasiaDate, отправка приглашений - невозможно определить как и чем именно было отправлено приглашение - будь-то сертифицированное или нет решение, поскольку у приглашений нет никаких подписей, не используется API ключ, нет никаких данных, по которым можно определить - приглашение было отправлено через ChatOS, Sender.Services или другое программное обеспечение. Максимум, возможно узнать, установлено ли у Вас какое-то программное обеспечение или нет - это все, что можно.

We inform you that the ChatOS company is not a certified software product on the project AnastasiaDate (Svadba.com) anymore. The company's product continues to meet all the technical requirements of the project AnastasiaDate, namely:

1. There is no auto-reply to an incoming message from a man or another manifestation of automatic correspondence with men, except for the first invitation.
2. The system receives a list of men online through the API provided by the AnastasiaDate project.

In general, this is a complete list of technical requirements which were submitted by the project administration. In order to improve the use of the ChatOS product, the 2nd item was improved, and the list of men online was received by all the girls from our servers, and not from the site, thus the stability of the system is higher, and the loading on the AnastasiaDate project server is lower. This is the model by which our company conducts its activities - cooperation and creation, only in such a pair it is possible to achieve results. We are sure that the administration of the AnastasiaDate project built its site on similar principles, but the case law created the situation that is now happening.

New certification conditions

In order to certify the software the company must enter into a legal agreement with the AnastasiaDate project. The logical decision is to become partners and interact with those who contribute to the work of both the project and its clients in general. But the conditions imposed by the administration were more slavish than partner. The agreement between the two parties should regulate the work in a certain field, placing responsibility on both sides, and also providing benefits to both parties. Apparently, this mechanism of work does not suit the administration of the project AnastasiaDate. Well, let's omit the details of legal responsibility, control of doing business and the restrictions that are placed on the shoulders of the partner, in our case - on us. Suppose we have no experience and we do not know that this is a standard form of relationship. But dear friends, in technical aspects, in the agencies work, the mechanics of sending invitations - attracting of men attention, and also the arrangement of the site's work on the part of the girl - we probably have more experience. If you submit requirements to the product, then you must also comply with them. We were given a list of technical requirements. I wonder if they match FYS (Find your soulmate - the built-in search of the interlocutor on the site). Let's take just a few points:

• 1. Prohibited to collect information from the profiles of the website users including ID of the user.

While the user is specified, i.e. user - you can not even specify information about the sender. Well - it's impossible to accomplish, including FYS

     2. ChatOS. There is no contact information of users on the Svadba.com website in principle, therefore, how it can be collected - but let's say we will not collect it. But personal (information that identifies a person) is what? A photo? The name is probably the nickname, but the date of birth? And if you compare the date of birth, name, zodiac sign and city - you can identify a person? How to comply with this formulation of the problem - in any way, the conditions are not defined.
  3. Software has to use/to have access only to websites *.svadba.com and api.anastasiadate.com. Access or use by the Software of any other websites is strictly prohibited.
     1. FYS - successfully corresponds, we hope.
     2. ChatOS - does not match and can not match. At a minimum, the extension must have access to our servers, as much as possible to others, such as the Yandex translator that is used on the system. In any case, without their servers - in any way.
  4. Software should block the possibility to send invites/messages containing addresses/names of SOL competitors websites to website users.
     1. Can not FYS send a link or an invitation to a third-party site? Of course it can.
     2. ChatOS - if blocking links, in pure form or slightly changed, at least in theory is possible, but not guaranteed, then blocking the names of competitors is almost impossible in principle. Tomorrow there is a new competitor, which no one knows - the system is not ready, the name of the competitor's site is written in verse (there are such inventive ones) - it is practically impossible to detect. Those. The problem can not be fulfilled in principle, in this formulation.

"Tell them that it's very stressful to use Fys because it overheats the laptop," said one of the clients, we promised to hand it over to the administration-we pass it on.

As a result of negotiations, we have managed to convey the idea that without collecting data about users, it is impossible to send invitations, it is impossible to form lists of men, such as blacklist or fans, it is impossible to track activity in the mail, to exclude the possibility of resending in a short time, etc. We even managed to convey the idea that the extension should be able to work with other servers, except * .svadba.com and api.anastasiadate.com. But, unfortunately, this is the maximum of progress. Given that there remain technical requirements which FYS also can not fulfill, along with it is imposed legal responsibility for things that we can not influence or participate in principle, and in conclusion - and financial compensation without the argumentation of the amount, all this is called a gift contract, not partnership. Our company follows the other principles of interaction with customers and partners, we value our customers and partners and always try to do the best for them, and this agreement is not within the framework of our company's principles. Therefore, we apologize to our customers that we could not solve this task and justify your trust. Unfortunately, in this case it was not possible.

Further work

We have many plans for 2018. Signing the agreement, many of them would stop, so this is another reason why we took this step.

Now the technology of the Balancer for the chats has successfully passed all the tests. A new version of the Balancer for letters with one more additional tool is at the final testing stage. CRM for dating agencies is preparing for the official release. Of course, the business conference "The future of the international dating market 2018", which will be held in October. Development of programs for new sites and much more.

Good news

If you use a Personal Account as a tool for administration and all functions of the system, except for sending invitations -it does not violate any rules from the AnastasiaDate project, although ...API key, is needed only to get a list of men online, but you can get it in other ways without violating the rules of the project AnastasiaDate, sending invitations - it is impossible to determine how and what exactly the invitation was sent - whether it's certified or not as the invitations do not have any signatures, the API key is not used, there is no data to determine whether the invitation was sent via ChatOS, Sender.Services or other software. The maximum, it is possible to find out if you have any software installed or not is all that is possible.
